Purchase Rules

1. Placing an Order
   • The buyer selects the products, adds them to the cart, and confirms the order.
   • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these rules.
2. Payment
   • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other offered methods.
   • The order is processed only after payment has been received.
3. Delivery
   • Products are delivered by courier, parcel terminals, or another chosen method.
   • The exact delivery cost and timeframe are specified during the order process.
4. Product Colors and Sizes
   • Actual colors may slightly differ due to screen settings.
   • The buyer is responsible for choosing the correct size.

Return Policy

1. Return Period
   • According to EU and Lithuanian law, the buyer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
2. Return Conditions
   • The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain its commercial appearance.
   • Labels and original packaging (if provided) must be preserved.
   • Hygiene products (e.g., underwear) may be non-returnable.
3. Return Procedure
   • The buyer must notify in writing about the intention to return (via email or the ordering system).
   • The product must be sent back to the seller at the buyer’s expense (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
4. Refunds
   • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
   • If the product is defective or incorrect, the seller covers the return shipping costs.
